The free month, in writing
Your first month means 30 days free, starting when you complete checkout with your payment details. After that, billing begins automatically at the price determined by your truck usage, plus applicable tax. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge. One free trial per company. The Free plan is separate and is not a trial: one truck, free forever.
You're billed on the number of trucks you ran on most days this month. Not the peak, and not the day you signed up.

How are trucks counted?
A truck counts once on each day it is running a load, from pickup until delivery. We use Central Time, and days with no running loads count as zero. At renewal, we use the median of those daily counts from the completed billing period. An even split uses the lower count. That determines your next monthly price, with no mid-month tier charge.
What happens if I go over my plan limit?
Nothing breaks. Frontier TMS keeps running and we move you to the plan that matches your truck count on your next invoice. If you drop back down, the next invoice drops with you.
Do I pay per user?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users. Put your whole office and every driver in the account at no extra cost — you are only billed on trucks in service.
When am I billed?
Subscriptions are monthly. Your first charge is after the 30-day free trial ends, then billing repeats monthly. Each renewal uses truck usage from the completed billing period. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period. See the Refund Policy for how partial months are handled.
How does the first month free work?
Choose a paid plan and enter your payment details to start 30 days free. Your trial begins when checkout is completed. Cancel before it ends and you will not be charged. The exact terms are written out in the free month, in writing, just above.
Is the Free plan a trial?
No. Free is a real plan for a single truck, with the same features and unlimited users. If you never add a second truck, you never pay.
What if I run more than 75 trucks?
Talk to us at support@frontierfreighthouse.com and we will put an Enterprise agreement together. Past seventy-five trucks a carrier usually has more than one terminal and a system to move off, and both of those are a conversation rather than a checkout.
