1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services operated by Frontier Freight House LLC (“Frontier Freight House”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including Frontier TMS and Frontier Passport (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” refers to that entity.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.
2. The Services
Frontier TMS is a transportation management system for motor carriers. It provides dispatch, load management, driver assignment, fleet and equipment tracking, invoicing, billing, driver settlement, staff pay record, expense, and fuel tracking functionality. Frontier Passport is a free personal document wallet for drivers, including drivers who are not members of a carrier on Frontier. It stores driver documents and credential reminders and lets drivers share selected documents. We may add, change, or remove features over time. If we make a change that materially reduces the core functionality of a paid plan, we will give you notice by email or in the product.
The Services are software tools. They do not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or regulatory compliance advice, and they are not a substitute for your own compliance obligations under federal, state, or local transportation law.
Document signatures and reports
Review a document before signing it and sign only when authorized to do so. You are responsible for the meaning and effect of your signature. Invoice packets, financial reports, and compliance worksheets depend on the records entered and must be reviewed before submission or use.
AI-assisted features
AI-generated responses and extracted document details may be incomplete or incorrect. Review the source records and verify important details before acting, signing, billing, or making a compliance decision. AI-assisted features are not professional advice. Selected files, questions, and relevant records may be sent to Anthropic for processing as described in our Privacy Policy. Only submit information you are authorized to provide for this purpose.
Routes, telematics, and safety
Imported locations, HOS information, mileage, deadhead, fuel totals, and IFTA worksheets depend on source data and may be delayed, estimated, or incomplete. Review them before dispatch, payroll, invoicing, or filing. Frontier is not a substitute for required ELD records, driver inspections, posted restrictions, or safe driving judgment. Do not operate the app while driving.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when you register, for keeping your account credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at support@frontierfreighthouse.com promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Frontier TMS plans include unlimited users. You may create accounts for your employees and contractors, and you are responsible for their use of the Services and for ensuring they comply with these Terms.
For a personal Passport account, you control the documents you choose to share. A recipient may save a copy after opening a share link. Revoking the link prevents future access through that link; it does not retrieve copies already saved by the recipient.
4. Subscriptions, plans, and fees
Paid subscription terms apply when a paid plan is activated. A request for information or an introductory walkthrough does not itself authorize a charge.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Current plans and prices are published on our pricing page and are quoted in US dollars.
How trucks are counted. Each distinct truck running a load counts once per Central Time calendar day, from its recorded pickup until delivery. Days with no running loads count as zero. At renewal, the median daily count from the completed billing period determines the next monthly plan price. If the period has an even number of days, we use the lower of the two middle counts. There is no mid-month charge for moving between these tiers. Usage above 75 trucks requires a separate pricing agreement. Tracking starts when your account is enrolled; we do not reconstruct earlier usage from planned pickup dates.
Taxes. Prices exclude taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, VAT, or similar taxes assessed on your purchase, other than taxes on our income.
Payment. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for all fees when due. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend the Services after notice to you.
Price changes. We may change prices. We will give at least 30 days notice by email before a price change takes effect for your subscription, and the change applies from your next billing period. If you do not agree, you may cancel before it takes effect.
5. Free plan and paid-plan trial
Paid plans include a 30-day free trial starting when you complete checkout with your payment details. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a subscription charge. Otherwise, billing begins automatically after the trial at the tier determined by your truck usage, plus applicable tax. The offer is limited to one trial per company.
The Free plan is offered at no charge for a single truck. It is not a trial and does not expire, but we may modify or discontinue it on 30 days notice. Free plan accounts are provided as-is and may have different support response times.
6. Cancellation and termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing billing@frontierfreighthouse.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you retain access until then. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Closing a company is different. An authorized owner can choose Close this company. This cancels a live subscription immediately and disables company access when closure completes. It does not automatically delete company records, erase an independent Passport, or issue a refund. Amounts already assessed on finalized invoices remain due; collection attempts for those invoices may continue. Closure does not start a new renewal charge. See the Refund Policy for applicable refund rights.
Deleting a personal account is separate. Account deletion removes the personal login and associated personal records, subject to the retention distinctions in the Privacy Policy. Carrier business records and recipient copies may remain. A sole owner must transfer ownership or close the company before deleting their login.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if your account is used unlawfully, or if required by law. Except where immediate action is necessary, we will give you notice and a reasonable chance to correct the problem first.
For 30 days after termination you may request an export of Your Data by emailing support@frontierfreighthouse.com. After that period we may delete it in the ordinary course, subject to applicable law and the retention distinctions in our Privacy Policy. This export-request period does not delay a personal-account deletion you initiate or promise restoration of deleted records. Export personal records before deleting your login. Company closure alone does not initiate deletion of company records.
7. Your data
Ownership. You retain all rights in the data you or your users submit to the Services, including load, driver, equipment, customer, and invoice records (“Your Data”). We claim no ownership of it.
Our license. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, display, and process Your Data solely to provide, secure, and support the Services, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
Responsibility. You are responsible for Your Data, for having the rights to submit it, and for the accuracy of what you enter. You must not submit data you are not permitted to share. Carriers must provide required notices and obtain necessary permissions for driver or employee monitoring, sensitive documents, hiring information, and sharing with connected services. Assign access only to authorized personnel. Sending a file or packet authorizes delivery to the selected recipient; verify recipients and contents before sending.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services in violation of applicable law or transportation regulation;
- upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or another customer’s data, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Services, except to the extent that restriction is unenforceable under applicable law;
- resell, sublicense, or make the Services available to third parties other than your own users, without our written permission;
- use the Services to send unsolicited commercial messages or to store or transmit infringing or unlawful material;
- use automated means to scrape or place unreasonable load on the Services.
9. Our intellectual property
The Services, including all software, interfaces, documentation, and the Frontier Freight House, Frontier TMS, and Frontier Passport names and logos, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services during your subscription for your internal business purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.
10. Third-party services
The Services may interoperate with third-party services, such as payment processing. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms, and we are not responsible for it.
Connecting an ELD or GPS service authorizes Frontier to retrieve data within the connection’s permissions, including scheduled imports while it remains connected. You must have authority over that provider account and the affected records. A provider may require a paid subscription, API access, approval, or an additional fee. Features and supported fields vary; an integration listing is not a promise of free service, universal compatibility, or endorsement by the provider.
You can disconnect a connection through supported account controls. Doing so stops future imports through it but does not automatically erase previously imported records or cancel the provider’s own subscription. Third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners. Nothing in this section removes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Availability
We work to keep the Services available and to give advance notice of planned maintenance where practical. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation unless a separate written service level agreement says otherwise.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or that they will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, or loss of data, arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to us for the Services in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Frontier Freight House LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising out of Your Data, your use of the Services in breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will give notice by email or in the product before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. The dates at the top identify the original effective date and latest document revision. A revision date does not replace required notice; notice of a material change will specify when that change takes effect.
16. Governing law and venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them or the Services are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there.
17. General
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable.
No waiver. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Force majeure. Neither party is liable for a delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
Independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.
