From delivery to billing
Stop bringing the BOL back to the office, finding the matching rate con, printing it, and scanning the stack again. Keep the work digital from the driver’s upload onward.
The driver scans or uploads a BOL, POD, or receipt against the assigned load. It reaches Docs Exchange with the load and driver attached, ready for the office to review.

Read the submission and accept it, or send it back with a note if a page is missing or unreadable. Accepted paperwork stays with the load, and the office can see what still needs attention.
Open and sign the load’s rate confirmation, then keep the signed copy on the same record. You can do this before delivery. Accepting delivery paperwork does not sign the rate confirmation for you.
Once the load is delivered and required paperwork is complete, prepare the invoice. Combine it with the signed rate confirmation, BOL, POD, and selected receipts in one PDF. Review and download it for your factor’s submission process.

Scan multi-page paperwork into one PDF on supported app builds, or upload a file. BOLs, PODs, and receipts reach the office attached to the right load.
Find statements by number or pay period. Open the loads, earnings, reimbursements, and deductions behind the total when a pay question comes up.
Submit time-off requests so the office can review availability before planning the next assignment.
Send the office a quick note tied to your unit—an air leak, a warning light, or something that needs a closer look.

The numbers behind the miles
A gross revenue column in Google Sheets only answers half the question. Frontier connects delivered loads with recorded fuel and truck expenses, then gives you a separate view of the company’s results.
Explore truck & company reportsFrontier TMS is built for carriers: owner-operators, growing fleets, dispatchers, and the office teams supporting them. Frontier Passport gives drivers a separate home for their personal driving documents.
Yes. The one-truck plan is free, and every plan includes unlimited users. Paid fleet plans start at $99 per month. See pricing for the fleet sizes and limits included in each plan.
